Life’s pressures can put the squeeze on a spirit of thanksgiving, but taking time to exercise a thankful heart is vitally important. This blank book is one place where you can record many of the blessings you experience. Take a few minutes every day, every week, or simply once a month to write down some of the ways God has blessed you. Then from time to time, look back through your notes and remind yourself of God’s kindness to you.
